I wanted to take a minute and let you know how thankful I am that you came all the way to our store three weeks ago at 3AM to assist with a gas leak at our store that required some welding. Coming from Waco to help us here at Georgetown was awesome, and I cannot tell you how blown away I was at this level of customer service. I have thought about that early morning a lot, and there was a lot going on with no gas to the store, and the complications that occur when stores have no gas. But with you coming to assist so fast, there was hardly any interference at all.
